A woman jokingly tells another woman that she would like to choke her husband because she is tired. A man jokingly threatens to beat up another man if he hurts a woman.

A man crudely jokes that he will defecate on the heads of two men if his boss defecates on his head. A man tells another man that a toilet was used by a roomful of people and not cleaned, saying it was overflowing with feces. A DEA agent warns a police officer that his life could be in danger after he had become involved with busting up a drug cartel.

The movie's clandestine video-camera style works to capture a unique, intimate rhythm, but it also raises questions of practicality: Where did the footage of the bad guys come from? Did they film it themselves and then donate it? Regardless, End of Watch is still an intense, entertaining drama. Families can talk about End of Watch 's extreme violence.
